Mr. Jagdish Nangineni has about twenty years of experience in the fields of Real Estate, Consulting and Technology. He is associated with SOBHA since 2009 in Senior Strategic & Operational roles with deep understanding of the Company’s culture, people and processes. In the past years, he was actively involved in all facets of the Company’s business across India. Prior to SOBHA he worked with Technology and Management consulting firms. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay and PGDM from IIM Calcutta.

Kishor R Unnithan
Kishor brings over 22 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, spanning both India and the Middle East. An MBA graduate from Hult International Business School, one of the world's leading business schools, and a civil engineering graduate, Kishor combines deep technical expertise with robust business acumen. Before joining SPTL, he headed the Contracts Division at Sobha Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in steering the Division towards new heights. His strategic vision and leadership have consistently driven success across a variety of high-stakes projects.
During his international tenure, Kishor was instrumental in delivering multi-billion-dollar projects, including airports, shopping malls, hotels, museums, and high-rise towers. His global perspective and experience in managing large-scale developments have equipped him with a unique ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. Under his leadership, SPTL is poised to continue its trajectory of excellence, leveraging his vast industry knowledge and proven track record of success to drive growth and innovation.
